We had two guests today, Lisa Coppleman and Dina Davis.
President Harriet thanked Rich Stewart for greeting and Joe Strohman for taking attendance.
Midge Stork announced that our raffle prize was a huge "TOWER" of chocolate donated by Rich Stewart.
Steve Habison gave our joke of the day followed by John Borneman who led us in our song.
Husam Hishmeh said he would be putting a committee together to arrange a "First Responder" party.
Amber Stevens announced we would be having an offsite meeting at the YMCA and thanked the club for our $6,000 to help fund Operation Ventura.
President Harriet announced that we were trying to put together a program to plant trees for the Ventura Hillsides Conservancy on Arbor Day. More info to follow.
President Harriet read a letter from Felicity who is attending Brown University and was a scholarship recipient last year. President Harriet also read a thank you letter from one of the Military Families we sponsored for the Holidays.

Dina Davis presented President Harriet with a collage from our Veteran's Day celebration and also presented Tim Blackwell and Dick Gallagher with certificates thanking them for their service.
President Harriet asked everyone to please sign the cards being passed around. They were for Sharon Daly who is recovering from knee surgery, Bob Pazen who is in the hospital with respiratory problems and in memory of John Masterson. Harriet reminded us that John was a founding member of our club and that the Board of Directors voted to give a scholarship in John's name this year.
President Harriet also reminded us about moving books for the Friends of the Library on Friday at 10:00.
Joe Strohman passed out ballots for the RCVE Foundation Board. Margarida Eidson, Kris Hansen & Ken Kagan were nominated to fill 2 board seats.

Director at Large 2018-2021 - Ashley Pope
Director at Large 2018-2021 - Tobias Hildebrand.
Bill Spellman made a motion to close nominations and a 2nd was made by Bill Gray.
A voice vote was held and the slate was unanimously accepted.
Joe Strohman reported on the results of the RCVE Club Foundation Board vote and Margarida Eidson & Ken Kagan will begin their terms beginning July 1, 2018.
