It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces at the social last week. Thank you to Margarida for making all the arrangements. I arrived straight from the airport after a week in Seattle and Portland. Always good to get back to Ventura and the ocean breeze.
** Our program this week is Eric Snyder, a recently retired building inspector, who will speak to us about building codes and ADUs. So if you have been thinking of doing an addition or transforming an area into an Accessory Dwelling Unit, or just want to know about the latest in building codes, you will get a good overview on Thursday.
