Multiple Scholarships up to $7,500.00 will be awarded.
Approximately $125,000.00 total will be awarded.
Available to graduating VUSD seniors who are attending two or four year colleges or vocational & technical schools.
College students who are prior recipients of a
Rotary Club of Ventura East scholarship may re-apply.

Fellow Rotarians and Friends,
This was an exceptional week for Rotary. We celebrated Bill Spellman’s 60th year in Rotary. It was such a special day! We also had our fundraising event to raise money for the victims of the fires. Not only did we meet our goal, but we went above it and maxed out our foundation’s match. Everyone had a really good time and I want to thank all the volunteers and the donations we received from other clubs. You all are the best!! See you this Thursday at The Yard Bar and Grill downtown for the club social.

We are a nonpolitical, nonsectarian social organization comprising local business, civic and professional leaders. We meet regularly to get to know each other, form friendships and through that we are able to solve community and global problems with service projects. Like:
Scholarships at 5 local high schools,
Interact Clubs at 3 local schools.
Support the YMCA, City Center, Ventura Botanical Gardens
Promote literacy and career guidance in schools
Internationally we support a medical project in Ethiopia and contribute to eliminating Polio worldwide.
The Rotary Club of Ventura-East meets Thursday noon to 1:30 at the Poinsettia Pavilion in Ventura. Come and learn more about Rotary's humanitarian service, high ethical standards in all vocations and help build good will in this community. Use your professional skills and talents to make a difference.
