President Jeff rang the virtual bell and brought our meeting to order.
 
Our Inspirational Message was delivered by President Jeff.
 
Emily Barany went over some Zoom housekeeping and some etiquette rules.
  • Some items that were discussed was creating small breakout rooms at the beginning of the meeting so people could meet in small groups and just talk like a regular meeting
  • Possible having our caterer make up box lunches and members can pick them up and then go back home for the meeting.

  • Bob Pazen Vocational Scholarship winner is a nursing student from Ventura College, Ericka Allen
  • The money for this year’s scholarships has already been put aside.
Youth –  Our youth exchange student, Hyla, is coming back early from her exchange in Japan due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Husam wanted to see what we can do to help the doctors. Bruce is working with Kat and suggested we donate the use of our BBQ trailer.
 
Program:  Taking care of yourself and others during the Covid-19 outbreak  - I will discuss the avenues available for those who have questions – FAQ’s.
